Breeze Cosplay x J-Fashion Rules & Regulation:-
- In Breeze Cosplay x J-Fashion, all entrants must be in Costume play or Cosplay. It does not only include dressing up as a character from an anime/movie/game/comic/manga, but also wearing unique and dramatic costumes based on the Visual Kei or Harajuku Style Movement.
- These Terms and Conditions (Contest Rules) shall be binding on you when entering Breeze Cosplay x J-Fashion operated by Breeze Mag, its sponsor or any company or website owned or controlled by Breeze Mag.
- These Contest Rules apply to all Cosplay x J-Fashion contestants. Breeze Mag may amend them from time to time.
- No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the Breeze Cosplay x J-Fashion.
- Entry and participation in Breeze Cosplay x J-Fashion shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by you of these Terms. All entry instructions and any other specific details relating to the contest or the prizes form part of these Terms.
- By entering the contest entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and be bound by them.
- You must be residents of Sabah, Sarawak and Brunei to participate the Breeze Cosplay x J-Fashion. Employees of Breeze Mag, their immediate families, sponsors and commercial partners or any other persons directly or indirectly connected with the Breeze Cosplay Contest ‘09 are not eligible to enter.
- Unless otherwise specified, no person may enter the Breeze Cosplay x J-Fashion more than once.
- You must provide personal details as reasonably requested to do so by Breeze Mag. Refusal to comply will result in disqualification from the contest.
- All entries photos must be received by Breeze Mag by the closing date (30th Nov 2009) specified in the contest. Photos and info will be entered automatically upon submission.
- The decision of Breeze Mag's judges is final and conclusive in all circumstances and no correspondence will be entered into.
- All entries become the property of Breeze Mag and will not be returned to you unless otherwise stated.
- Prizes must be collected in person unless otherwise advised by Breeze Mag. Identification that includes a photograph (I.C.) will be required. Where prizes are posted out, Breeze Mag accepts no liability for the safe and effective postal delivery of a prize.
- In certain situations, and subject to the absolute discretion of Breeze Mag, a winner may nominate a designated representative to collect the prize. The representative will be asked to provide written authorization from the winner and identification for both the winner and the representative.
- Prizes are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
- If a specified prize becomes unavailable, Breeze Mag may substitute a replacement prize at its absolute discretion. In such an instance, Breeze Mag will endeavour to ensure the substitute prize is of equal or greater value to the original prize. Please allow 14 days for the delivery all prizes.
